Google account integration — an internal tool used by Bleep Digital to manage advertising and analytics accounts on behalf of our clients.
What this application is
Bleep Digital, Tomi Toth s.p. is a digital marketing consultancy based in Dekani, Slovenia. We manage Google Ads campaigns, search engine optimization, and web analytics for a small portfolio of business clients across Europe.
This application is the internal tool we use to do that work. It connects to Google's advertising and analytics services so that our team can retrieve performance data and manage campaigns for the client accounts we have been engaged to look after — without working through each web interface manually.
The application is operated solely by Bleep Digital personnel. It is not a product. It is not sold, licensed, or distributed, there is no public sign-up, and our clients do not log in to it or use it directly. Clients receive the results of our work — reports, analysis, and campaign changes — as part of the consulting services they have engaged us for.
Which Google services it connects to, and why
The application requests access to the following Google services. In each case we request only the level of access the task requires.

Google Ads Read & write
We retrieve campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance data to produce reports and analyse results. We also create and manage campaigns, budgets, bids, targeting, and ad assets on behalf of clients who have authorized us to manage their advertising.

Google Analytics (GA4) Read only
We read website and campaign analytics data to produce performance reports and inform recommendations. We do not modify Analytics properties or configuration.

Google Search Console Read only
We read organic search performance data — queries, pages, and impressions — to support search engine optimization work. We do not modify Search Console settings or submit changes.

Google Merchant Center Read & write
For clients who sell products online, we read and manage product listings and feed data so that their Shopping campaigns run correctly.
How access is granted and revoked
Access is granted by the account owner through Google's standard OAuth consent process. Nothing is accessed without that explicit authorization.
Every Google Ads account we access is also linked to our Google Ads manager account, with the client's agreement, before any request is made. We do not access accounts outside that relationship.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time. An account owner can revoke our application's access from their Google Account permissions page, or remove our manager account link, and access ends immediately.
How we handle the data
- We use Google user data only to deliver the advertising, analytics, and reporting services the client has engaged us for. It is not used for any other purpose.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except where necessary to provide the service the client requested or where required by law.
- We do not use Google user data to train or improve machine learning or AI models.
- Data from one client account is never combined with, or disclosed to, another client.
- Data is retrieved as needed for the analysis or report being produced. We do not keep a persistent copy beyond what the agreed service requires, and it is removed when an engagement ends.
- Credentials and access tokens are stored securely, are never shared, and access is restricted to Bleep Digital.
- All communication with Google's APIs takes place over encrypted connections.
